The Business Council of BC offersThe Third Option Rocks and The Third Option Rocks: Oil & Gas. These comprehensive DVD-movies highlight the wide range of career options that do not require a university degree but do need some form of post-secondary education. The Third Option Rocks includes an accompanying book that provides details of job forecasts, expected incomes, education or training required, plus links to other sources of information. The interactive DVDs profile occupations and showcase residents from across the province who have followed The Third Option route.

Workapedia
The site is designed mainly for career practitioners but it can also be accessed by career seekers. Visitors can use ‘wizards’ to get information about broad career areas, as well as specific career choices. Users can also access and download resources from the web and order information through a ‘shopping cart’ system.
